Join us to become a Rockbox Fitness instructor and get this unique class taking the fitness industry by storm onto your time table asap. 
 
We ask for a pre req of either a level 2 in fitness qualification or at least 12 months experience teaching fitness classes.
 
As we are endorsed by EMD if you have your level 2 you can claim back 50% of the training day cost through them also (please note this has to be 7 claimed back after the initial payment but at least 7 working days before  training date at www.emd.org)
 
The training  covers our ethos, choreo and boxing techniques.
 
On Booking we will send out our training manual and arrange a time to suit all to zoom chat with one of the creators of this brand and to take part in an online live Rockbox class. 
Training Videos will then be sent out of Boxing techniqes & two choreo tracks to learn. 
A practical and theory assessment will then be required to be sent in.
We do work hard but we have a lot of fun to!
 
After the initial instructor training cost there is only a small license fee to pay of £18 a month which includes online support and all of our easy to learn choreography and notes which is updated monthly! plus you get the use of the all the branding and logos.
We also offer our instructors clothing discounts.
 
The sticks we use cost around £2.50 a pair to order so outlay are very little.
 
As well as proving popular in community classes and gyms the class has also brought revenue from numerous projects we do with schools, hospitals and different groups as the concept is inclusive for all ability’s and the mental health benefits are getting just as amazing feedback from these as the physical.
